The guest’s side

A guest might find your venue in the directory, through an AI assistant or on your own website. Your details help them decide; your booking link gives them a next step.
They choose a time.
When reservations are enabled, guests can choose from the availability you have opened. Compatible assistants can also make a reservation through Weavify.
Your team gets the booking.
Confirmed reservations appear in your dashboard with the guest’s details, party size, time and any requests. Set your notification address and enable booking emails so your team receives them.

Before you get started.
My venue is already listed. How do I claim it?
Find your venue in the directory, then claim it through your Weavify account. You will need an email address on the venue’s website domain, or access to a mailbox on that domain to receive a verification code. If your venue has no website or you need help with the check, contact us.
Can I use Weavify with my existing website?
Yes. Share a standalone booking link, add a booking button to your site, or embed the reservation form on a page. You can also add a venue information block for AI assistants. Regenerate and replace that block after changing your details or menu; it does not update automatically.
Does Weavify sync with my reservation system?
No. You manage Weavify availability separately. If you use another booking system or a paper diary, choose a separate allocation for Weavify and keep it up to date.
Can I pause new reservations?
Yes. Turn bookings off to stop new Weavify reservations. Existing confirmed bookings remain in your list and still need to be honoured.
Will my venue be recommended by AI assistants?
A listing gives compatible assistants information they can use, but does not guarantee a recommendation. Each assistant decides what to suggest. Keep your details accurate so it has useful information about your venue.
What does it cost?
Your directory listing is free. Reservations cost US$5 per venue per month, with unlimited covers and no per-diner fee.
