Restaurants in Ari & Saphan Khwai

Ari and Saphan Khwai, Bangkok hold five restaurants on Weavify and no two of them do the same thing. Lay Lao cooks Isaan food with seafood sourced from the owner's home town of Hua Hin, and has carried a Michelin Bib Gourmand across multiple years since 2018, including the 2025 guide. Its som tam comes with raw black crab and crab roe. Renga works Kansai-style sukiyaki instead, searing the beef with sugar and fat before the broth goes in, using A5 Kagoshima wagyu and kurobuta pork.

Kopihub Prime serves southern Thai dim sum in the Hat Yai style over two floors, from 25 baht a basket up to boxes with truffle, wagyu and gold leaf. Brooks runs an all-day format out of a converted two-storey house, brunch through to cocktails, opening at half past eight. Brewave takes the roof above the Cafe Amazon flagship on Soi Phahon Yothin 7 and serves from eleven in the morning until midnight.

Everything on this page opens seven days a week, which is rare across Weavify's area lists. Kopihub opens earliest, from seven at weekends. Brewave and Brooks are the two that run to midnight; the other three are done by ten.
